Payment by Credit Card
The payments made by credit cards are effected online via the E-Commerce system of the contracted bank preferred by our customers at the time of shopping.
If the said system cannot execute the transaction due to any problem, our visitor is informed of this situation at the end of the payment page.
If you prefer the payment by credit card option on the payment screen that will be displayed after completing selection of the products that you want to buy, your credit card information shall be asked to you and such information shall be forwarded to your bank and the payment confirmation shall be received in a secure manner. In case of payments by credit card, the confirmation is received and your order is approved instantaneously.
For the purpose of security of your credit card information; your credit card information is absolutely not stored in our system; such information is directly forwarded to the related bank and the confirmation data is received from the bank using encryption by SSL.
Single-payment transaction can be performed using the credit cards of all banks in our website; in addition, transactions with payment by instalments can also be performed using the credit cards of our contracted banks.
For shopping from our system, your credit card should be abled for shopping via Internet. You may have your credit card abled for shopping via Internet by calling the customer services of the bank that has issued your credit card.
Payment by Money Order / EFT
If you prefer payment by money order/EFT option in the payment screen that will be displayed after completing selection of the products that you want to buy, our bank account information will be provided to you.
You should make the payment of your order in 3 (three) business days after completing your order. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled due to non-payment. In such cases, you have to place an order again for purchasing the product and making the related payment.
The amount to be transferred must be the same as the amount of order. If the order amount is not deposited in full, problems are experienced after invoicing and it may be required to make the payment again.
Since the transactions by money order/EFT are transferred into our accounts with delay, there may be some changes in the inventories during that period; and consequently, occasional inventory problems may be experienced.
The money order transaction is the fund transfer transaction performed between the accounts of the same bank. For example, sending money from Garanti bank to an account at Garanti bank constitutes a money order transaction.
EFT transaction is the fund transfer transaction performed between the accounts of different banks. For example; sending money from İş Bank to an account at Akbank constitutes an EFT transaction.
