We have previously mentioned that patterns will be the earmark of Spring-summer 2019 season. We would like to remind that flowers, spots, and geometric patterns will be frequently seen around in the new season, in addition to the animal patterns like snakeskin, and leopard that are inspired by the wild nature. The important point is that these patterns are now available for use together.
In this context, blouses and shirts are standing out as the items that gather these patterns the most. Since patterns are in the foreground, there is a more minimal approach followed in blouse cuts. As for necks, V or boat necks can be considered among the favourites attracting attention; plain and simple cuts showing the richness of the patterns are preferred on the body parts. However, all the models are not plain. The plainness of the body parts is combined with extremely dynamic arms. The most favourite detail is the ‘cut out’ arms and the slits on the shoulders that add both a feminine touch and a functional motion to the models, in line with the spirit of hot days. Another important arm detail is the bulges that are transferred to this year from the winter. In these details accompanied by floaty fabrics, the chiffon and tulle that are used from time to time add a charming air to the models.
