What should I do if I want to return the purchased product?
You can return or exchange your received product for another color/size within 14 days after it arrived to you, by carrying out the below steps.
1) The product you want to return or exchange must be unused, undamaged and in a suitable condition to be sold again.
2) You can send the product you want to return or exchange with all its accessories and all invoice copies to our address or bring it to your nearest Aker store branch.

To return or exchange products you can call a free courier service via the phone number 444 00 33 and using the code EF4552. Packages that are send with a different shipment company then UPS will not be accepted.
We will inform you via e-mail after we received your package. You can also follow your process status under the "my account" menu.
After we received your product, we will prove if it fits the conditions for returned products and start the returning process. If necessary we will send the product back to the factory for an approval. This process will be completed in 3 to 15 days.
If the product fits the conditions stated in the return policy, we will return the product price to the payment method you used to purchase it. If you paid via bank transfer, we will request the necessary information from you and send the money to your bank account. If you paid via credit card we will return the money to your card. It can take up to 15 days until your bank reflects this money as positive balance onto your account. Aker doesn't have any right no intervene into this process.
If you like you can add the money of the returned products as money points onto your aker.com.tr membership and use it for your next order.
If you want to return the products to one of our store branches you need to bring all products and copies of invoices with you. After our store personnel received the product and invoice from you, they will contact our headquarters with all necessary information and initiate the return of your money to your payment option. We can only exchange products if you need a different color or size. If you want to exchange your product with another one, you first need to return your product according to the description above. After that you can order the product of your liking.
You cannot return products which you purchased via the "paying at the door" option.
You cannot return products that have been returned/exchanged before.
You cannot return or exchange products which have been ordered outside from Turkey.
The product I bought turned out to be defective, what should I do?
You can contact us to return a defective product within 30 days after you received it.
In such a case, you only need to follow the steps above to return the product to us. The examination process about your complaint will be initiated. If there is no defect arising from a misuse of the product, the product price will be returned to you.
If your purchased product is defective you can send it to the above mentioned address via UPS Cargo and reversed charge. For orders outside Turkey you can send your order number, complaint and photographs of the defective product to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will carry out the necessary procedures after we received your message.
Products that cannot be returned
Products that are only usable once, which are likely to spoil fast or are near their expiry date, products that have been changed upon the request of the customers and custom designed products cannot be returned.
Underwear can only be returned if the package is unopened, have not been tried on and if they are intact.
If you want to cancel an order you can send your order number and cancellation request to email@example.com to realize the cancellation process. If your product has already been "Delivered to the shipping company" you cannot cancel or return your order.
